A new kind of development requires a new kind of home plan. Traditional Neighborhoods often have narrow, deep lots. Most have rear loaded garages. All require generous front porches and architectural detailing.
The current offering of house plans are geared around 75' wide lots and front load garages. Many have styling and materials that are incompatible with TND's. Most are just plain bad. We have assembled a gallery of twenty houses that fit 30' to 50' wide lots.
All houses are designed by licensed architects and comply with the latest International Residential Code. Plans are designed to minimize construction waste and maximize usable living space. Where cost effective, green building techniques have been implemented.
Plans are organized into four headings based on you lot's buildable width. Most lots have 30'-40 of width between setbacks. Some have less and some more. Buildable widths are between 24' and 30' on the townhomes. Buildable depths are between 80' and 115' on all plans.
Plans are available as pdf or paper sets. Prices for each delivery method are listed with each plan. In any case, the purchase of a set of plans entitles the buyer to build the house one time. Buyers wishing to build the house multiple times should contact TNDPlans for volume pricing.
